Refund Eligibility

When Refunds ARE Granted
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to provide the promised service due to technical issues on our end
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
- Service Unavailable: If our platform experiences extended downtime preventing you from using purchased services
- Incorrect ECU Identification: If our detection system incorrectly identifies your ECU, making the service unusable
Our Commitment: If our service fails to work properly due to an error on our part, we will either provide a working solution or issue a refund.
When Refunds Are NOT Granted
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the service after use
- Used Tokens: Tokens that have already been consumed for file processing
- User Error: Uploading incorrect files, selecting wrong options, or other user mistakes
- Unsupported ECU: If you purchase service for an ECU that was clearly marked as unsupported
- Terms Violation: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by your hardware, software, or vehicle
- Expired Request: Refund requests made after the eligible period has passed
- Incomplete Information: Failure to provide necessary documentation for the refund request
Important: Modified ECU files are custom-created for your specific vehicle. Once delivered, they cannot be "returned" like physical goods.
Refund Timeframes
Please note the following timeframes for refund eligibility:
- License Purchases: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Token Packages: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Lifetime Licenses: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Service Issues: Report issues within 48 hours of receiving the modified file
After the applicable timeframe, purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to submit a refund request:
Contact Support
Reach out to our support team via the contact page or WhatsApp with your refund request.
Provide Details
Include your account email, transaction ID/receipt, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
Wait for Review
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and may ask for additional information.
Receive Decision
You'll be notified of our decision via email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Refund Processing
When a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency refunds may be subject to exchange rate differences and network fees
- Bank transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Before processing a refund, we may offer alternative solutions:
- Service Credit: Credit applied to your account for future use
- Token Compensation: Additional tokens added to your account
- License Extension: Extended validity period for your license
- Free Re-processing: Re-processing of your file at no additional cost

Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
Warning: Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and reported to fraud prevention services.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly through direct communication.
